We were checking out and she had just entered the store, handing the employee her shopping list:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;I&#8217;m sorry ma&#8217;am, we don&#8217;t carry 8-by-4 sheets of plywood.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;No?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;No ma&#8217;am. But I can show you where the 4-by-8 sheets are.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Was that necessary? Really?
