Boston Harbor was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/local\/breaking_news\/2009\/03\/happy_evacuatio.html\" target=\"_blank\">General Washington&#8217;s prize<\/a>. Our reward is that it gives newspaper editors <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bostonherald.com\/news\/politics\/view\/2009_03_17__Evacuation_Day__holiday_signals_quiet_Statehouse\/\" target=\"_blank\">something to complain about<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>What will you do to celebrate the day? Flee to Nova Scotia?
